Vitamin Water PSA

I'm a fan of Vitamin Water Zero...not regular Vitamin Water. A regular bottle of Vitamin Water has 50 calories per a serving and around 13g of sugar...there's 2.5 servings in one bottle. You do the math..it's not really a wise choice calorie or sugar wise. But, then came Vitamin Water Zero. It's also 2.5 servings per a bottle but has 0 calories, less than 1 g of sugar and has no artificial ingredients. So, in an effort to wean my lovely husband off of soda, we now drink plain water and our other occasional beverage, when I can get him to put the gin and Maker's Mark down, is Vitamin Water...I kid...Mr. Allan is by no means a boozehound but does enjoy his occasional martinis and after dinner drinks.

Just remember to grab the Zero and save yourself some calories!



 So now for my little PSA or Public Service Announcement. This week at Target, Vitamin Water (including the zero is 10 for $10 or $1 each. If you buy 10 bottles, you get a six pack of Smart Water 1 liter bottles for free. The Smart Water retails at $8.69. Like the dorks we are, we've made our rounds to two different Target stores to get this deal.

So, if you've got some new year's resolutions that include dropping a couple pounds and you're one who hates to gag down plain water, hit your local Target for a good deal and stock up!
