Prompt: Beyond avoidance. What should you have done this year but didn't because you were too scared, worried, unsure, busy or otherwise deterred from doing? (Bonus: Will you do it?)
I should have told people how much I appreciate them and love them more, spent more time with family, spent more time doing things I enjoy and take more time for myself.
I didn't do these things as much as I'd like, well, because life just gets in the way...work, gym, grocery shopping, cleaning the house etc...all become my convenient excuses.
