that is a yoga pose called Bird of Paradise...last night, I did it. Might not sound like much but a huge yoga victory for me. I was so excited I showed Mr. Allan my new holy crap I can actually get into this pose last night in the yard. Not everyone may share my excitement, but those who yoga and see the crazy gumby ladies wrangle themselves into god knows what position and sit there with their tight hamstrings like me will understand.
