Why Can't Lindsay Lohan Wear a Bra to Court?

I know she claims she can't afford counseling because her SAG insurance has lapsed even though she sported a pair of $1100 Louboutins to the Courthouse....but...girlfriend needs to put some $ aside and buy a bra!
